Why Wealth Bridge

We guide business owners, incorporated professionals, and families through the estate planning process, owning the insurance and charitable giving strategies while coordinating with tax and legal professionals to deliver one aligned plan.

Our Story

We built this firm because we believe the same energy that goes into building wealth should go into protecting it.

Business owners, incorporated professionals, and families spend years building their wealth, supported by talented professionals along the way. But your accountant, your lawyer, and your financial advisor each work within their own mandate – and rarely in the same room. Nobody is looking at the full picture and making sure every piece fits together. That's the role Wealth Bridge was built to play.

We guide families and business owners through the estate planning process, designing the insurance and charitable giving strategies, coordinating with your tax and legal professionals, and ensuring it all comes together as one plan. So your family and the charities you truly care about benefit from all of your hard work.

OUR FRAMEWORK

The Six Pillars

Every engagement is organized around six interconnected pillars.

No single tool protects an estate. We organize every engagement around six pillars, coordinated so they work together as one plan.

01

Tax Planning

Identifying strategies to minimize the taxes triggered when wealth passes to the next generation, across corporate structures, real estate, and personal holdings.

02

Legal Framework

Ensuring your wills, powers of attorney, shareholder agreements, and trust structures are aligned and working together across your personal and corporate affairs.

03

Insurance Planning

Creating immediate capital to fund estate tax liabilities, protect family assets from forced sale, and enable buy-sell agreements, embedded within the estate plan.

04

Strategic Charitable Giving

For those with the intent to give, structuring contributions to amplify impact and reduce the overall tax burden.

05

Business Succession

Structuring your exit to minimize taxes on the sale and coordinating the transition to protect both your family and your legacy.

06

Legacy Handbook

A comprehensive document organizing every detail your family and executor will need, structures, policies, contacts, and your wishes.

The Process

From first conversation to implementation.

01

Introductory Meeting

A conversation to understand your situation and determine whether we can help.

02

Discovery Meeting

A deeper conversation about what matters most, your family, your goals, and what you want your wealth to accomplish. From there, we map the full picture: your business, your assets, your liabilities, and the structures that connect them.

03

Strategy & Design

We take everything we've learned about your family and your goals and build a preliminary strategy across all six pillars, identifying the risks, designing the solutions, and connecting the pieces into one plan.

04

Plan Review & Feedback

We walk you through the strategy, explain the reasoning behind every recommendation, and coordinate with your tax and legal advisors to ensure the plan is reviewed from every angle. We refine it together until it reflects exactly what you want for your family and your legacy.

05

Implementation

We put the plan into action, implementing the insurance and charitable giving solutions while coordinating with tax and legal professionals to ensure every piece moves forward together.

06

Ongoing Review

Your life changes. Your business evolves. The law shifts. We review your plan regularly to make sure it continues to reflect who you are, what you've built, and what you want your family to receive.

The team

The people behind your plan.

Every engagement is led by credentialed specialists across financial planning, estate planning, insurance, and charitable giving strategy. The roles below show how that expertise comes together around your plan.

Chen Ganesarajah, Managing Principal

Chen Ganesarajah

Managing Principal | CLU, MFA-P

Chen leads the estate planning practice at Wealth Bridge, specializing in tax minimization strategies, corporate-owned insurance, and strategic charitable giving. He holds the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Master Financial Advisor, Philanthropy (MFA-P) designations, a combination that positions him at the intersection of advanced estate planning, insurance structuring, and philanthropic strategy. He built Wealth Bridge on a simple observation: business owners and families pour everything into building their wealth, but rarely apply the same energy to protecting and transferring it. Outside the office, he's a proud father of two daughters, learning to golf, and deeply involved in professional and philanthropic communities across the GTA.

She specializes in comprehensive wealth planning for business owners, investors, and families, connecting tax, estate, and insurance decisions into one integrated strategy. Her expertise in divorce financial planning adds a critical layer for clients navigating family transitions where the estate plan needs to be restructured with precision. She chose this work because she's seen firsthand how the right financial structure can give families clarity and control during life's most difficult moments. She's a mother of two boys and brings the same energy to managing their schedules as she does to managing a client's financial future.

Manager, Operations

Achsah manages every client engagement from initial intake through implementation, serving as the central point of coordination between you, your advisors, and the Wealth Bridge team. She schedules meetings with your tax and legal professionals, tracks deliverables across every phase of the planning process, and ensures nothing falls through the gaps. Behind every well-coordinated estate plan is someone making sure it stays that way, that's her role. Clients often say she's the reason the process feels organized instead of overwhelming. Outside the office, she's most likely planning her next road trip, the only thing she's happy to leave unstructured.

Thivya Shanthakumar, Associate Advisor

Thivya Shanthakumar

Associate Advisor | MPH

Thivya supports client engagements and charitable partner coordination across the Wealth Bridge practice. On the philanthropic side, she coordinates with the charitable organizations connected to the Legacy Planning Initiative, ensuring that the giving strategies Wealth Bridge designs are aligned with the right partners on the receiving end. Her background in public health research gives her a level of analytical discipline that strengthens every deliverable she touches. Outside the office, she's raising a son and brings the same calm, organized energy to both roles.

With over 15+ years across public, private, and nonprofit sectors, he ensures that every charitable commitment is structured to amplify impact. Outside the office, he's raising a son and a doberman named Odin, though only one of them typically listens on the first command.

Vince Evangelista, Executive Coach

Vince Evangelista

Executive Coach

Vince brings decades of experience leading high-performing advisory teams across multinational organizations. At Wealth Bridge, he coaches our team, sharpening how we think, how we communicate, and how we show up for clients at every stage of the engagement. His leadership experience ensures that the people delivering your estate plan are operating at their best, because the quality of the advice is only as strong as the team behind it. Outside the office, he's most likely exploring a new wine region or planning his next trip, preferably both at the same time.

Community & Giving

The same coordination, pointed at the common good.

Coordinating wealth is our craft. Strengthening the communities our clients live and work in is the reason it matters. Through our Legacy Planning Initiative, a single decision can serve a family, an estate, and a cause at once.

Team-led giving

From volunteer days to fundraising challenges, our people are the driving force behind the firm’s ability to give back.

Client philanthropy

We help clients reach their charitable goals by building giving directly into an integrated wealth and estate plan.

Local partnerships

We work alongside charitable organizations whose work compounds over time, the way good capital does.
