Recent changes to the Mortgage Broker Act have added significant and positive changes to mortgage broker responsibilities, particularily the need for full disclosure to investors and borrowers.

As a Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO) licensed and registered mortgage brokerage (FSCO #11283), we take these new responsibilities very seriously.

Wealthbridge is not a mortgage corporation and as such does not accept funds directly for future investments at any time.  Investors should deposit their funds in trust with a solicitor of their choice until closing.

All investors are provided with a comprehensive Form 1, Disclosure to Investor, as per FSCO regulations. All borrowers are provided with a comprehensive Disclosure to Borrower as by provincial law.
